A financial plan of an enterprises is a forecast of its basic financial categories, mostly: incomes, costs, financial results, cash flow, and cash balance. Financial forecast can be prepared for the enterprise as one entity, or for its selected parts (departments), or for an investment that is carried out. The key factors for preparation of a correct financial plan are the correct assumptions, on which DCF experts focus especially. A correctly developed financial plan allows to determine future profitability of an enterprise or an investment, as well as define operating and financial risks.
A complexly developed by DFC financial plan / forecast includes:
- Specification of assumptions adopted for the financial plan, and their explanation;
- Specification of forecast capital expenditure for an investment;
- Description of financing sources for the investment together with costs, and repayment schedule;
- Determining of working capital required;
- Financial statements forecast: balance sheet, P&L account (income statement), cash flow statement;
- Ratio analysis of profitability, liquidity, management performance, debt (based on the forecast financial statements);
- Determining of operating and financial risks;
- Effectiveness evaluation based on NPV and IRR (and their modifications; applies to a financial plan of an investment).
A detailed scope of the financial plan is always related to the specifics of an enterprises, the aim for which it is prepared, and is, in each case, discussed with the Client and adjusted to their individual needs.

Our Clients’ Opinions:
Financial forecasts, prepared for us by DCF, included very detailedly described assumptions of the project, investment expenses, forecast incomes and operation costs in the non-investment and investment variants and full forecast of financial statements with investment project evaluation and recommendation of its successful realization.
During the realization of the project, we remained in a constant contact with DCF and immediately consulted all matters and assumptions related to a project. Analyses and argumentations presented in the developed documents were fully exhaustive.
